Albert Heijn wanted a sixth focus group about housekeeping on albertheijn.nl. Mainly to promote cleaning products they sell in their stores. The way of achieving this goal was to give cleaning tips & tricks for every room in your house. A basic set of tips & tricks was already present. But everybody could contribute their own special tip or trick. Other users could rate tips and tricks to come to an overall winner in every category. The best tips won a grand prize; a professional cleaning crew cleansing your house from top to bottom.
